What could be changed to make the service better for you?
Healthwatch Kent & Healthwatch Medway are working alongside mental health services to improve community mental health services.
They can’t do that without hearing your experiences.
Have you used any of these Community Mental Health centres within the last three months:
• Coleman House (Dover)
• Laurel House (Canterbury)
• The Beacon (Ramsgate)
• Arndale House (Dartford)
• Albion Place (Maidstone)
• Highlands House (Tunbridge Wells)
• Britton House (Gillingham)
Yes? Then Healthwatch would love to hear from you.
They want to hear about the good and the bad, no matter how small. If it matters to you, it will matter to someone else.
Your feedback will be used to help improve community mental health for you, and someone like you.
Healthwatch are totally independent from the NHS, so anything you tell them will not affect your care. Your story will be anonymised before it is shared with the mental health team. The right decision makers will hear your voice which will help them to make changes to the service.

If you need any help to complete the form, or if you would rather talk through your feedback with Healthwatch on the phone, give them a ring on freephone 0808 801 0102
If you have feedback about other mental health services, we still want to hear your story. You can fill in our webform
