Nik joined EK360 in September 2021 after previously working within the probation service in volunteer management. Nik is busy overseeing all of the forums. He works alongside our colleagues at Healthwatch Kent and Healthwatch Medway and manages our Engagement Providers who deliver our Mental Health User Voice work.

When Nik isn’t busy ensuring things run smoothly, you can find him water skiing, climbing or exploring. 

Rheanna joined Ek360 in February 2020 after previously working as a Library Assistant for Kent Libraries. Rheanna is busy looking after all things communications for the Forums. You can find her designing newsletters, as well as updating our social media and website. Rheanna also covers half of the minutes for the Forum meetings with Mick.

When she isn’t working on ensuring everyone knows who the Forums are, you can find Rheanna with her nose in a book. 

Mick joined EK360 in February 2020 after spending 22 years in the Army as a soldier and technician.

Most of Mick’s time is taken up reviewing the Mental Health User Voice feedback and producing reports which are then sent to those who commission and deliver the services. Mick also covers half of the minutes for the Forum meetings with Rheanna. 

When Mick isn’t looking at data, you can find him pet-sitting/borrowing other people’s pets.
